Change is tough. EHC is following a proven approach to give us the best chance of success.
If you are going to change the club's culture, approach to coaching and management, it's much easier to adopt a proven methodology.
Following last year's member survey, the Committee considered the best way forward. We have now committed to an 18 month transformation journey, working with Mark Bennett MBE, a renowned and successful coaching mentor.

The picture is our first cohort of coaches at the end of their Masterclass led by Mark. Some of these coaches had a subsequent Zoom call with Mark and members of the Committee and the videos cover some highlights.
