The club Management Committee is adopting a fresh, open approach to how it works.

The committee will meet on the first Monday of every month in the clubhouse at Canalside.

Every third month, the meeting will expand to include all members of the General Committee.

In the spirit of our Lighthouse and the drive to achieve excellence, heart and community, there will be a focus on increased, effective two-way communication throughout the club.

For each meeting the agenda will be advertised here on the web page, to allow any member to contribute by emailing their thoughts to secretary@edinburgh-hockey.co.uk. On Monday, 7th July the agenda includes the following items.

• Senior team structures, training schedule and pre-season kick off events
• Coach and player recruitment status and action plan
• Volunteer recruitment status and action plan
• Communication
• Sign-off 2025/26 calendar of events
• Lighthouse training for coaches, on-field helpers and players
• Budget for 2025/26

Minutes will be published on the website a few days after each meeting.
