Sustaining the club and driving inclusion.
Dear Edinburgh Hockey Club Community,
This message is about the sustainability of EHC. It is also key to increasing inclusion in our sport.
Our relationship with Cala Homes has come to an end after fifteen happy years of working together. Cala has a new strategy for sponsorship, now focussing on short-term local community support during the life of individual building sites. Thank you, Cala for all your support over the years. We now move on.
The members’ survey had already suggested increased focus on fundraising. As a result, we are launching several initiatives and need your help.
We are asking every family associated with the club to fill in a form, which can be accessed weblink.
The form promotes:
- The launch of a new multiple-sponsorship initiative
- The use of Gift Aid
- The 100+ Club
- A new non-playing membership category for supporters
- Increased donations
The forms will be stored in a secure area and can only be accessed by our Fundraising Coordinator and our Treasurer.
