ESM3s likely profited from their 1s and 2s not playing today.....so our VERY inexperienced squad were up against it, but the took on the challenge and the work ethic throughout was excellent. A great senior debut from Anna H. including a goal earns her MoM!

The other Anna made some good saves but their pressure forced our defence into a number of deflections that left her stranded. When we strung passes together we were excellent but everyone knows we tried to force passes through their front stick too often. Conceding good possession like that makes it very difficult to creat consistent pressue so lets really focus on improving that at training over the next couple of weeks. No match next weekend as we have a blank week in the league but if we get goos availability for the U16 matches we can still have a lot of the squad working together and moving forward.
